“After being very disappointed with the survey I received when buying my first flat I was convinced that surveys were a necessary but wholly pointless exercise. - He is phenomenally thorough - on both occasions, James provided us with extremely detailed survey reports, with lots of information about the property. As a result, I was very confident that he had given us an accurate view of the properties, so we were going in with our eyes very much open.
- He is extremely accommodating - we were dealing with difficult vendors in both cases, which meant that things seemed to change by the day. As a result, I ended up scheduling surveys, and then cancelling surveys, on more occasions that I wish to mention. James was unceasingly positive, and generous is accommodating these constant movements.
